Last updated August 6, 2026. These terms apply whenever you book or receive service from Take Charge Mobile Inc.
Take Charge Mobile provides on-location emergency and scheduled EV charging in the Texas metros listed on our Service Areas page. A standard visit delivers up to 10 kWh or up to one hour of charging — enough range to reach a nearby charger, not a full battery. A 12V jump-start is included when needed.
Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page: $159.99 for regular-hours service (7 AM–10 PM), $199.99 after hours (10 PM–7 AM), and the Platinum Access Membership at $199.99 per year. Parking and toll fees are not included. Payment is due at or before service by secure payment link — no cash required.
The Platinum Access Membership bills annually, includes one regular-hour charge per membership year, priority dispatch, and additional regular-hour charges at the member rate of $99.99. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.
Give us an accurate location and stay in a safe place while you wait — away from live traffic lanes. Our technicians need roughly 7 feet of clearance to reach your charge port. Service may be declined where conditions are unsafe for you or our technician.
Response times are estimates, not guarantees — traffic, weather, and demand affect arrival. We charge vehicles using manufacturer-standard connectors and procedures; we are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle faults, and charging does not constitute vehicle repair or diagnosis.
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
